We understand how important it is to provide you with a high-quality, reliable and effective service to meet your building energy certification needs at minimum cost. We exist to provide you with the following non-domestic commercial energy assessment. We are also able to carry out Domestic Energy Performance Certificates.

There are a few categories of building that do not require an EPC as follows:

• Places of worship
• Temporary buildings with a planned time of use of less than two years
• Stand-alone buildings with a total useful floor area of less than 50 square metres that are not dwellings
• Industrial sites, workshops and non-residential agricultural buildings with low energy demand

EPCs are not required on sale or rent for buildings due to be demolished.
